Postage, packing and handling costs are a flat £3.95 to UK addresses.   
Flat rate postage means that no matter how many items you buy, the p&p charge is the same.  This brings the unit cost down when several items are purchased, much like a multi - buy discount.
All orders sent UK 1st class large letter / 2nd class packet, or standard parcel for heavier orders.  Usually (approx 98%) sent within 1 working day of receiving payment

Overseas buyers should check shipping costs with us first, we will charge all overseas shipping at approx stamp cost only (minimum £3.95). packing costs applied on fragile items only).  You may contact us for a quote to your country.  You can if you wish go ahead with your order and payment - we will invoice you if there is more to pay.

Signed For (Previously called 'Recorded') Delivery is available at an extra £1.20p (making total UK P&P £5.05), which requires a signature on collection
Special Delivery is available at an extra £3.99 (making total UK P&P £7.94)  Guaranteed delivery next working day, insured to £500.00, requires a signature on collection.  
There is the option to pay for Recorded or Special Delivery (or giftwrapping) on the Extra Postal services Page

On heavy UK orders  24 or 48 hour guaranteed services are available at an extra £12.50 or £7.50 respectively (making UK P&P £16.40 or £11.40 respectively

Should you receive goods that arrive to you in faulty condition, or feel that our goods fail to live up to our descriptions of them, you may be confident that we will resolve matters fairly and do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.  We offer a no-quibble 14 day refund / replace policy whereupon you can return the goods to us, unused & in the same condition as received, within 14 days of receiving them for refund or exchange.
Where we are at fault we will reimburse you postage costs as well as item cost, upon return.
Where the item has been supplied in accordance with description, say if the buyer has merely changed their mind, we will refund the item price and the buyer is liable for postage & packing costs. 

If items are lost or damaged in the post we will assist you by either 1, providing you with the proof of posting certificate with our section filled in so you can claim, or 2, we claim on your behalf and send out another item or refund to you when we receive the compensation from Royal Mail. 
Without additional insurance, compensation amounts are limited to the value of the goods up to a maximum of around £40, and jewellery items are not covered at all unless sent by Special Delivery.  Special Delivery includes full insurance for the value of the goods, covers all items including jewellery, is guaranteed to arrive next day from posting and requires a signature on delivery.  Customers can be assured that losses in the mail are extremely rare.
